Each month Last Frontier Ministries flies into the Village of Minto, weather pending.  We have been spending much of our time building relationships and going house to house getting to know those living there.  As the weather permits we are able to visit the village more often.  Part of our work in the village is clothing distribution and as clothing arrives we are able to provide the village with necessary clothing that is needed.  We have been able to speak at the one church in the village and have had positive responses.  Currently, we are working on projects that will give us more access to the youth, children and adults.  There is a small core group of believers living there and they are believing that Minto is going to be used in a great way for Christ.  We believe it as well.  Continue to pray for Minto. 






Clear for Take Off

In October of 2010 Last Frontier Ministries was able to purchase a plane.  Through lots of prayer and generous donations we were able to purchase a 1960 Cessna 175.  With this plane we now have the ability to fly into the villages of Alaska's interior.  A 12 hour round trip drive to Minto now takes 90 minutes and the dozens of villages off the road system are now accessible.  We have had recent invites to several of the villages and are praying and making an plan of action as to how to be effective in these villages.  We are excited for the opportunities that God is placing before us in the "Last Frontier".

Clothing Distribution, Throughout the year

Last Frontier Ministries will be holding a free clothing distribution throughout the year as clothing becomes available.  In 2011, we had two successful clothing drives and are planning for some more during the Spring of 2012.
